having a grid layout definitely makes things easier and you can use this css grid generator to help by making a grid for you
if you are looking for any graphics i would go to glitter graphics it literally has everything
if you need any fonts for your website i would go to dafont they even have pixel/bitmap fonts
i use postimages to host images and gifs etc
i use blog gif to make gif text
if you wanted to change that little picture in the tab then smolpxl has a lot of great options

What is hotlinking?
hotlinking is where you display an image or another file on a website by directly linking to it's URL on another website. Some websites encourage hotlinking and thats fine, however hotlinking from other websites uses up the original servers bandwith which may make their website slower and may even cost the owner extra money.
